Dietaries
Most dietary restrictions can be accommodated with 24-hour notice including: gluten-free,
maternity diets, vegetarian, vegan and pescatarian.
Please contact our team via email or whatsapp at the time of booking for severe dietary
allergies.
Menus may change without notice due to seasonality and ingredient supply chain.

Changes and Cancellations
Tables of 5 or above require a 50% deposit.
Reservations can be amended or cancelled with 48-hour notice prior to the reservation date.
Reservations changed or cancelled within 24-hours, late arrivals (30 minutes or more after
the reservation time) are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. (International transaction fees
may apply).

Dress Code
Flip flops, sandals, and slippers are not permitted. Gentlemen are refrained from wearing any
shoes that expose the feet and sleeveless shirts.

General Policy
Children over the age of 5 are welcome to dine with us in the general dining room at
Heimat.
Children of all ages are welcome in our private dining rooms.
Heimat reserves the right to cancel or change reservations.
No outside food or drink allowed.
A $250 cake cutting fee is applicable.
No pets allowed.
We reserve the right to cancel or change your booking due to unforeseen circumstances,
extreme weather conditions or accidents.
In order to maintain a good dining experience for all of our guests, we ask that all mobile
phones be silenced and flash photography disabled.
